some friends and i rented a cabin on the ocean and it was absolutely beautiful. and i got a fat stunt kite for christmas so had a lot of fun flying that around. i had an interview with an orgzniation this morning. they build schools in third world countries and are starting a program in malawi. i won't know for a couple of weeks but it sounds like a really cool program so we will see. 2 more years in africa - sounds like heaven to me!

we are supposed to be getting snow here tomorrow or the next day so everybodt is all excited about it. we only get snow once every few years so the whole city shuts down and it is really fun. i hope that it happens. i would love it.

still working and saving money, same old story. nothing exciting but i enjoy my life and i really love this city. it can be a bit pretentious at times but usually not so bad so i like it.
